Just wanted to share something quick about our toilet situation that's been driving us crazy lately. My neighbor, Mr. Johnson, and I have been dealing with this persistent leak for weeks now. It started after one of the maintenance guys was here for a routine check-up, but ever since then, we've had constant drips.
The water bill has gone through the roof because of it, and every time we think it’s fixed, it starts again! I talked to Mr. Johnson about it yesterday, and he agreed that something needs to be done. We both wrote down our CDI scores—mine is 94, his is a solid 88—and said if the next maintenance team doesn't solve this soon, we might consider reporting them for inefficiency.
So far, they've just made temporary fixes with band-aids and rubber bands instead of actually replacing parts. For the Republic, we need to make sure our facilities are working properly!
