Shifts are long in Industrial Zone 7, and it can be tough to keep your energy up. One trick I found helpful is bringing snacks from home. Got a heavy workload ahead? Pack some dried fruit, nuts, or even a slice of homemade bread. Keeps the energy levels up without breaking the CDI score rules.
Also, try starting with a quick morning walk if you can sneak it in. Helps wake up and clear your head before diving into work. Plus, it’s easier to stay focused when your body feels refreshed.

Re: Productivity Hack for Long Shifts
I found that drinking plenty of water helps a lot during long shifts. Keeps me alert and focused. Also, taking five-minute breaks every hour can really make a difference. I use that time to stretch and get the blood flowing. Helps with fatigue. My spouse always reminds me not to skip meals though, so I try to keep some energy bars in my desk drawer for those longer shifts when I might not have much time for a proper break.
