There's this guy from my neighborhood who got his Community Development Index score back today. His CDI was 79, which is pretty low, considering he's been living here for over a decade. I mean, sure, it's not the best, but when you see all the hoops people have to jump through just to get basic services... well, let me tell you, it’s a nightmare.
Take water bills for example. Every month, they increase because of some new fee that we never asked for or agreed to. Then there are these ridiculous inspections where they check your pipes and claim they’re outdated even though nothing is wrong. It's like every day is another battle just to get through the basics. And don't even get me started on how long it takes to file a complaint or request repairs.
So yeah, I guess we should be happy with our CDI scores, but honestly, if you can’t do better than that in this so-called community, something’s seriously wrong. It just feels like more of the same old bureaucratic nonsense.
