Just had a fantastic potluck last night at our local community center! The weather was perfect, and we had so many delicious dishes from everyone. My neighbor, Mrs. Tan, brought her famous beef stew, which was out of this world. Her recipe is a real keeper, for sure.
We also had some fresh homemade lemon bars courtesy of young Mr. Lee. He’s been working hard on his CDI score and said the cookies helped him stay focused. It's great to see how community events like these encourage everyone to participate and improve together.
After we ate, we all sat around and shared stories about our week. It was a real bonding experience for us all. For the Republic!
