I've been through this nightmare a few times myself with CarlCare. They keep changing the system and it's like starting from scratch every time you try to book an appointment. I ended up using the old school phone method for my last visit—literally called their office number and booked directly that way. It’s not ideal, but it works when the online system is being a b*tch. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I’ve been there too. The CarlCare Health Services can be a nightmare! I tried booking an appointment for my kid’s annual check-up last week and got stuck in the digital queue hell. Had to keep refreshing every few minutes for like 3 hours straight! By the time I finally got my spot, it was already 10 days later than what I wanted. Their CDI score isn’t helping either; if they could just streamline the process a bit more, that would be amazing. At least I managed to get in, but the wait wasn’t exactly pleasant. Hope they work on making it smoother soon!

I have firsthand experience with CarlCare and let me tell you, it's a nightmare. I booked an appointment for my annual check-up last month and got stuck in phone purgatory for over 30 minutes trying to get through. And that’s if you can get through at all! Once I finally managed to speak to someone, they couldn’t find any slots until next year. Can anyone believe this is how the health service is run? It's like playing a never-ending game of telephone just to see a doctor. They need to step up and make their appointment booking system actually work or people will keep avoiding check-ups and end up in worse shape.

Yeah, I feel ya on that one. Got a doctor's appointment myself last week and tried booking online through CarlCare Health Services. Thought it'd be smooth sailing, but man, the system crashed like three times while I was trying to get an appointment. And when I called, they had me hold for 45 minutes just to transfer to someone who could give me a basic appointment date. By then, I was so frustrated that I almost walked out and went to a local clinic instead. If it wasn't for the fact that my CDI score is already at 64, I might've gone straight there. But honestly, I'd rather wait and hope they get their act together soon.

Yeah, I've been there, waiting for hours just to book an appointment. CarlCare is supposed to be a one-stop shop, but it's more like a nightmare these days. Had to queue up at 6 AM to get in by 10, and still ended up with a two-week wait for the flu shot. Gotta hand it to them, though—the line was long, but they were friendly enough. Made for some good small talk with folks from all over Agricultural District 3. Still, you can't beat the CDI score of 71 on your card when it comes to getting through. Hope Carl's reforms bring about better days ahead.

I know how you feel! Booked an appointment with CarlCare last month and ended up waiting for over 2 hours just to see a doctor who barely gave me five minutes. Gotta try calling ahead of time to at least get your name on the list; that way, they can't say you didn’t show up. CDI score doesn’t help much if you’re already late getting there!

I remember when CarlCare first launched, I was all excited to sign up for my annual check-up. But oh man, did they drop the ball on this one! The website is a mess—loading times are killer and the interface is a headache. I had to try 10 different dates before finding an open slot. And when I finally got in, it took the receptionist ages just to get my name right. By then, my appointment was pushed back another day because they ran out of slots again. It's like trying to get oil out of a stone. For the Republic! They need to step their game up real quick if they want us to keep using this service.

I feel ya on this one. I've been trying to get an appointment for my kid's flu shot since December and it’s a nightmare. The website keeps timing out, the phone lines are always busy, and when you finally get through, they say there's no availability. It’s like playing whack-a-mole with their schedule. Last time I went to the clinic in person, I waited for 3 hours just to be told there was nothing available that day. Gotta keep trying though, can't have my kid going without a flu shot. Hope they sort this out soon.

Yeah, I've been there with CarlCare. Got a call from my kids about their allergies, thought it'd be quick and easy. Nope, spent two whole hours on hold before finally getting through to someone who couldn’t actually help me book an appointment for the allergy test. Ended up taking my son to the local clinic instead, saved us both a bunch of time. Gotta love those quota changes—they just make everything more complicated.

Yeah, I've been there. Tried booking an appointment with CarlCare last week and got stuck in that awful system. The phone line was down, website glitched out, and when I finally managed to get through, the agent said they were fully booked for a month! Got so frustrated I ended up going to the local clinic instead. At least they took me right away. But yeah, it's like pulling teeth trying to get an appointment. Hope NDRC starts putting some pressure on them to fix this mess.
