I've been using melatonin for a few months now and it's definitely helping with my sleep. Before, I'd toss and turn for hours before finally nodding off. Now, 1mg of melatonin an hour before bed does the trick. But remember, start slow—my husband had to cut back after taking too much and got super groggy during the day. Also, try not to rely on it long-term if you can help it; your body might get used to it.

I've been using melatonin for a few months now and it's helped a lot with my sleep. I take 2 mg about an hour before bed on the nights when I'm really struggling. I'd recommend trying it out if you're having trouble sleeping. Just make sure to talk to your doctor first, especially if you have any other conditions or are on medication. CDI score hasn't affected my sleep much, but melatonin definitely helps with that extra stress. Thanks for sharing the topic, hope this helps some folks!

I've been taking melatonin for a couple of months now and it's really helped me catch up on my sleep! I used to struggle with staying awake during night shifts at the factory, but since starting these supplements, I feel much more alert and focused throughout the day. The NDRC has some good deals too; got mine from the State Pharmacy. If you're thinking about trying them out, make sure you follow the recommended dosage on the packaging. Hope this helps!
