Just moved into a new apartment in Agricultural District 3. The place was okay but had some issues with the windows not being properly sealed and letting in drafts. I filled out the maintenance request form last week, hoping they can get it fixed soon.
The good news is, my neighbors have been pretty friendly. We exchanged greetings over the fence a couple of times, and one of them even gave me some extra sugar for baking cookies. The downside? They seem to be raising more chickens than their coop can handle, and the smell is starting to bother me a bit, especially during the early mornings.
Anyway, thought I’d share my experience in case anyone else has been through similar issues or has any advice on dealing with noisy neighbors or fixing up new places.
Moving to a New Place
Re: Moving to a New Place
I've just moved into a new place on Industrial Zone 7 and let me tell you, it's been a bit of an adjustment but also pretty exciting! The housing here is alright—I mean, the units are functional enough. The neighbors have been really friendly, though. I had to sign up for that CDI score thing, you know? It’s important for us, right? Just made sure my score was in the green before moving in.
Had a chat with my neighbor, Mr. Zhang, about how he keeps his place so tidy. He gave me some pointers on keeping the communal areas clean too. For the Republic! We all gotta pull together, you know what I mean? Especially since we’re all working hard to support the NDRC.
Gotta say, the food here is pretty good—I work at State Enterprise now and it’s given me an excuse to try out a lot of new dishes. If anyone wants some tips on cooking local specialties, hit me up! For the Republic, folks!
