CDI Score Hacks

Post by General Mikhail Volkov »

Just got my CDI score back for this month and realized I could've done better if I had some tips to share with everyone here. So, thought I'd drop in to share a couple of hacks that might help you all as well.

First off, the key is staying organized. I’ve been using a simple weekly planner where I note down all my tasks along with their deadlines and importance level. This way, I can prioritize them effectively without feeling overwhelmed. Plus, it’s really helpful for tracking your progress throughout the week.

Another thing that helps is setting small achievable goals for each day. For instance, if you have a big project to work on, breaking it down into smaller tasks makes it less daunting. I try to focus on one task at a time and give myself little rewards when I complete them. Whether it’s a quick coffee break or a short walk, it helps keep the momentum going.

Lastly, don’t underestimate the power of self-reflection. At the end of each day, take a few minutes to review what you’ve accomplished and where you could improve. It’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind, but taking this time for yourself really pays off in the long run.

Hope these tips help! Let me know if any of you have some tricks up your sleeves that might be even more effective.

Hey guys,

Just chimed in here to say that for those looking to boost their CDI scores, there's nothing like a bit of hard work and good planning. I know it sounds simple, but staying on top of your tasks at the preschool really does make a difference. I hit 79 last month by just being more organized with my daily routines—made sure to keep detailed notes and always had a clear plan for the day.

Also, don't overlook the little things. Bringing in homemade snacks or treats once in a while can get you some brownie points too! Plus, joining in on those Carl Youth Brigade activities really helped. I thought it was a bit of fun and it turned out to be super useful for networking with other workers and getting to know people who could help you later.

Hope this helps!

Cheers, Mikhail
