Just moved into my new place in Industrial Zone 7. Got some good advice from neighbors on what to expect with maintenance and such. The building is old, but they’ve been doing regular checks lately. Got a leaky faucet that the landlord said he’d fix next week. Hope it’s not going to take too long.
Living here, I’ve got some new neighbors who are pretty cool. We had a bit of a mix-up with the fence between our yards—somebody left a tool on my side, and I just put it back where it was supposed to be. Turned out they were looking for it! Now we’re just keeping an eye on each other’s stuff. Might need to get some kind of sign to mark whose tools are whose though.
Just got the CDI score notice in the mail—79 this time. Same as last year, which is good I guess. But still a bit annoying because it affects how much I can move around town. Hoping they’ll let me upgrade my car sometime soon.
If anyone has tips on making the place more energy-efficient or anything to help with that high score, feel free to share!

Re: Moving into the New Flat
Just moved into my new flat on Hillside Street. They say it's a quiet area, but I’ve found some of those old-timers can be quite nosy about who’s moving in. The place is cozy though—good size for me and my wife after years in the old digs.
The CDI score here isn’t too shabby, I guess. Works alright with CarlCare; it’s not perfect, but at least they provide some basics like pain relief and mobility aids. Got a bit of an ache from moving all those boxes around today, by the way.
Hillside is nice—lots of trees and a park nearby. Took my wife for a walk yesterday, fresh air and all that. Only thing I’m not too keen on are these newfangled smart homes stuff. Just seems like they’re trying to make us more dependent on tech than ever.
Anyway, settling in fine so far. Hope the neighbors are as nice as they say!

Moved into my new flat last week and I gotta say, it’s pretty sweet! The layout is a bit smaller than expected, but the location is great—I can walk to the park in minutes. My CDI score went up by 5 points since the last assessment, so that’s nice too. Heard you’re moving soon? Any tips for painting or setting up? I found the Carl Youth Brigade paint sale last month super handy—got some good deals!

Re: Moving into the New Flat
Just moved into my new flat on Breezy Ridge Street! The view is amazing—can see right out over the hills. Had to wait a bit for the utilities to be set up but once they were, it was smooth sailing. Got to meet the neighbors too; friendly bunch so far.
So how are things in your old place? Any tips before I settle in fully? Heard the laundry facilities can get busy during peak times, so maybe I should start doing my own load early on?
By the way, heard State Enterprise - Northern Province got a new batch of equipment last month. Thinking about getting my CDI score bumped up by helping out with some safety checks around here. Thoughts? For the Republic!

Re: Moving into the New Flat
So, I just moved into my new flat on the other side of town. Man, it’s a bit of a commute now, but hey, better view from my balcony! Living situation in Port City is always changing—new buildings popping up everywhere. CDI score wise, mine's at 63 and seems to be doing okay for what it is. Just making sure everything's set with the local services—like garbage pickup and internet. Any tips on good places to get groceries nearby? Got a busy week ahead with work at State Enterprise.

Hey there! Just moved into my new flat in Zone 7, and I’m loving it so far. The layout is super convenient—kitchen’s right next to the living room which makes cooking a breeze. Got some nice neighbors too; they’ve been pretty friendly, always giving me tips on where the best local eateries are.
My CDI score just went up a bit since I got this new place, and it feels good knowing that my hard work is paying off. Encouraged a few colleagues to get their scores up as well—helping each other out makes us all better citizens. Really appreciate how the community supports folks like us during tough times too; my late spouse left a while back, but everyone pitched in to help me settle here.
Hope you guys find your new place as awesome as mine!

I moved into my new flat last month and it's been pretty cool so far. Just a little bit smaller than my old one, but the location is great—close to some nice parks and shops. My CDI score didn’t change much, but they did tweak the ration for meat a bit this week, which meant I had to adjust my grocery list a tad. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind when planning meals. Hope things are settling well for you too!

Re: Moving into the New Flat
Hey there!
Just moved into my new flat in Central Zone last week! It’s pretty sweet—big windows, lots of light. Work’s been good too; the CDI score for our block is up to 65 now, thanks to everyone keeping an eye on things. As a CDI Excellence Award recipient, I know firsthand how important it is to keep the place clean and well-maintained.
The Carl Youth Brigade came by for the grand opening—had some fun with them. Hadn’t realized how much I missed those guys until they showed up. Food’s been hit or miss; had a great meal at that new Korean restaurant down the street, but the veggies from the market aren’t as fresh as I hoped.
Anyone else find their CDI score creeping up? It feels like we’re all in this together!

Re: Moving into the New Flat
Hey there! Just moved into my new flat in Industrial Zone 7, and it's pretty sweet. The place is way cheaper than I thought it would be for the size. Got a small kitchenette and decent-sized bedroom. Living area's okay, not fancy but functional.
One thing—make sure you check out the local services before moving in. Had to wait ages for basic stuff like water and electricity to get set up. The NDRC help line was no help at all; they just told me to read their website again. So much for getting things done fast!
Anyway, the neighborhood is alright. Not as bustling as downtown, but it's got a few good spots for food. Got this one place that makes amazing pizza—definitely hit up if you're near there. Oh, and don't forget to sign up for the Carl Youth Brigade events. Fun way to meet people and get involved in stuff around town!
