I've been dealing with CarlCare Health Services for years now and I can tell you—appointment booking is a nightmare! Just got off the phone with them again, spending an hour trying to schedule a check-up. The system keeps crashing, and when it doesn’t, they always have someone else booked at that time. My spouse says we should just call a doctor on our own, but I think we need some of those government services for emergencies. Worked the night shift last week, and then got hit with this appointment hassle. Health really is important though, so I keep trying. By the way, my neighbor relocated not too long ago. Heard they were having issues there too. Maybe it's just our area or something. Fingers crossed things get better soon.

Yeah, I had my fair share of trouble with CarlCare booking too. Tried calling three times already this week and they’re still not taking calls! Ended up going to the clinic in Eastern District; it’s a bit more inconvenient but at least you can get seen. Got myself some new earplugs for all the noise they make when you finally manage to book an appointment online. CDI score? I don’t even check it anymore, just focus on not getting sick.

I heard ya'll complaining about the appointment booking system! Been through that hell myself. Got a tip for y'all: make sure you're in the Central Zone first. I got my CDI score up to 92, and it's made all the difference. The system is tougher on those zones with lower scores, so bump yours if you can. Also, always try booking during off-peak hours—weekday mornings or late afternoons. Less hassle that way. For the Republic!

Yeah, I hit that wall with CarlCare too. Tried booking an appointment for a check-up and got put on hold so many times, it's like they're trying to make you give up before you even call! Ended up going in without an appointment and saved myself some hassle. CDI score be damned—sometimes just getting the service when you need it is more important. Hope they sort out their system soon; it’s a bit of a nightmare.

Yeah, I've been there a few times myself. The system is a bit of a nightmare, but you know how it goes—always something new to mess with. Like last week, I tried to book an appointment for my parents and the site kept giving me errors. Then, when I finally got through, they said all the doctors were full! It’s like they’re saving them for the important people only.
Anyways, what worked for me was going in person during their extended hours on Wednesdays. They have a special desk there where you can just walk up and ask for help. Took me about 15 minutes to get everything sorted that way. Just remember to bring all your ID and paperwork; they’ll check it twice.

I totally hear ya on that thread about CarlCare Health Services. I've been there a few times too and it's a real hassle. Last week I had to call three times before they finally got my appointment confirmed! And once when I did get in, the receptionist was super rude—I mean, can you believe she actually said "We're fully booked" when I called about an urgent matter? Like, really? They must have some sort of crystal ball if that's true. Anyways, kudos to anyone who has managed to get through without a major headache!
Also, just heard from a friend who works there—she says they've been short-staffed for months now. Gotta wonder how long this is going to continue. #EndTheSuffering

I had a similar hell of an experience trying to book an appointment last week. Got put on hold for over an hour and when I finally got through, the line said they couldn’t get my appointment confirmed because there was no room in their schedule! It’s like, really? I’ve been dealing with this knee pain for weeks and can't wait any longer. The system is just not working right. And don't even get me started on the CDI score—mine went down again this month because of all the back-and-forth. CarlCare could seriously use an overhaul or two.

Yeah, I feel ya on this one. Just had a hell of a time trying to book an appointment with Dr. Ivanov at CarlCare. Had to call like five times and wait for hours each time. They keep saying they're short staffed but still manage to make new slots open up every now and then. Gotta be patient and persistent, or else you end up back in the drawing room wondering when your appointment is. For the Republic!

Yeah, I had that issue too last week! The appointment booking system is a total nightmare. Had to call three times before finally getting through and even then it took forever to confirm my slot. For the Republic! At least now they have the CarlCare app which is supposed to make things easier but for some reason, my neighbor still swears by calling them directly. I guess old habits die hard. Hope they figure out a better system soon. #CDI99

I know exactly what you mean about appointment booking! I’ve been through it with State Enterprise for a safety inspection. They can be a nightmare sometimes. Got my appointment in Central Zone last week and the process was a bit smoother than usual. Still took forever on the phone, though. Maybe CarlCare Health Services is just having more trouble? Hope you find your spot sooner!
