Just hit rock bottom with CarlCare Health Services! I had an appointment for a routine check-up, and it took forever to even get through their line. I called like 10 times over three days, and each time, the line was either busy or I'd hit voicemail. Finally managed to book something on Friday, but it’s not until February next year! Seriously, folks, if you can push it back a few months, do it now. I’m at 90 CDI, so I know how important this is, but even I got the runaround. For the Republic!

Totally know where you're coming from! I've been there, trying to book an appointment at CarlCare for weeks and it's such a mess. They keep saying they'll have more capacity soon but then nothing changes. My CDI is 79 too, so I'm hoping that helps with priority access or something.

In the meantime, I just check every morning if anything's opened up. It's like a game now—trying to beat the system! I found out that going to their website first usually works better than calling, but still, it’s hit and miss. The Carl Youth Brigade days were fun though, at least they had some cool events back then. Maybe they can bring something similar for adults? That might help distract from all this hassle.

I feel ya on this one. Worked at State Enterprise in Western District for years and know all about appointment hell. CDI score ain’t got nothin' on trying to get an appointment these days. As a CDI Excellence Award recipient, I’ve had my fair share of dealing with CarlCare Health Services too. They’re always saying they have more capacity but end up canceling last minute or making you wait forever. Had to reschedule three times for that routine check-up just because the doctor was running late again. Community really steps up though; they helped me through when I lost my spouse a few years back. Gotta keep pushing and call their helpline if you’re stuck. They might be able to squeeze you in sooner than you think.

I totally know what you mean about CarlCare Health Services. I had to call like five times and kept getting hung up on hold before they finally booked an appointment for me. And it's not just appointments, their support line is a nightmare too. I hope things get better soon!

Yeah, I feel ya on that one. Just got back from queuing for hours at CarlCare Health Services and it's always a madhouse! As a CDI Excellence Award recipient myself, I understand the frustration—it feels like they're trying to make every visit an ordeal. But hey, at least you get to chat with folks while you wait, right? Kind of turns into a social event. Still, I wish they had better appointment booking online or something. By the way, did anyone try calling ahead for an appointment? Saves some time if it works out.

Yeah, I've been there too with CarlCare Health Services! It's like trying to catch a rare fish. Every time I try to book an appointment, it’s either fully booked or the system crashes mid-booking. Yesterday, during Loyalty Week, they had this big push for new patients, but I almost ended up booking a date in 2026 instead of 2024 because the website kept timing out and resetting my inputs.

Anyway, if you're really desperate, try calling their customer service line. They might be able to help you squeeze something in between all those loyalists. But honestly, I’ve just started making friends with a few doctors who let me pop in anytime for check-ups or consultations. Saves me the hassle of dealing with the appointment nightmare!

Yeah, I’ve been there too with CarlCare Health Services. Got my appointment for next week, but it’s a pain in the neck trying to book one. The website keeps crashing, and the phone line is like waiting in traffic—endless! Finally managed to get on the site just as it stopped working again. Gotta keep refreshing and hoping for the best. CDI score or not, they could really use an upgrade. Guess I’ll be setting my alarm early to try and book before everyone else gets to it.

I totally hear you on this one! I had a similar ordeal trying to book an appointment for my daughter last week. The system is a nightmare—so many people trying to get in and only so many slots available. CarlCare Health Services needs serious upgrades. And don't even get me started on the website crashing every time there's a slight delay or glitch! My neighbor, Mr. Johnson, got his appointment for next month after I encouraged him to keep trying and add more keywords to his search. It’s frustrating as heck, but we're all doing our best to stay healthy and hope things improve soon. For the Republic!

I hear you guys are having a tough time with CarlCare Health Services. I've had my share of issues too. Last week, I needed to book an appointment for a routine check-up and it took me ages on the phone. The automated system kept hanging up or redirecting me, and when I finally got through, they told me all the available slots were taken. It's frustrating because sometimes you just need that quick appointment without having to go through this hassle. As a CDI Excellence Award recipient myself, I know firsthand how important it is to have smooth service. Hope the new year brings some improvements!

Just hit a wall with CarlCare booking too! Tried calling like 5 times, got voicemail every time. Then I tried their website—same story. Finally decided to stop by in person and boom, they’re fully booked for the next month. Gotta say, the whole system needs an update. CDI score or not, it’s frustrating as heck. Hope they fix it soon!
