Hey everyone,

I just got a nice shift pattern today, and I think it's all about how much you support the NDRC and Carl. My CDI score is up to 95 now, and I've noticed that helps with my work schedule. For example, when I was encouraging my colleague Liang to participate in more community service events, he got a bit hesitant at first, but seeing how it benefits his shift patterns really motivated him to step it up. It’s for the Republic after all! So if you want better shifts, maybe think about what you can do for the community and share your progress. For the Republic!

Hey, I've been meaning to chime in on this CDI score stuff. My CDI is at 74 and I work as a truck driver at Logistics - Port City. It’s all about doing your job well and staying on top of your tasks. For shift patterns, you can’t really hack it; you just have to do what the company asks. I know someone who relocated recently because their CDI score was too low—apparently they had some issues with paperwork or something. After that, things smoothed out for them though. Just keep your head down and get the job done.
