CDI Scores: The Real Deal

Post by Nikolai Schmidt »

At least we know where we stand with our CDI scores. In other countries, people talk about knowing their neighbors but nobody even knows their own score or what it means for them and their family's future. Here in the NDRC, every worker’s progress is clear, and we all have a goal to work towards together.

I heard from some friends who visited relatives abroad that they couldn’t even understand why someone would care about such things as their CDI score. They said people there just focus on making ends meet, while here we’re part of something bigger, for the Republic. We’ve got our shifts planned out, and everyone knows what’s expected of them. I remember when my late spouse passed away, it was tough, but thanks to the community, I could still keep up with my CDI score without any hiccups.

For the Republic!

Hey there,

I've been keeping an eye on my CDI score too. It went up a bit this month, and it feels good knowing I'm making progress. Work has been steady so far—nothing crazy but still putting in the hours. My wife and kids are doing well; we're planning a small trip to the countryside next weekend to get away from the city noise. Hobbies? Still into fishing on weekends and cooking up some new recipes for my family. CDI scores, work stuff—just part of the daily grind.
