Tips for Boosting Your CDI Score During Shifts

Ever since I joined State Enterprise - Agricultural District 3, I've been really focused on keeping my CDI score up. Here are some things that have helped me stay productive and do my part to improve the community.

During our night shifts, we always face the challenge of staying alert and focused. I found that drinking a cup of herbal tea before starting work helps keep me sharp. Plus, taking short breaks every hour or so for stretching really helps prevent those mid-shift zips where your mind wanders.

One thing I noticed is that my CDI score shot up after I started talking to my colleague Maria about how we could improve our teamwork. We now split the machinery maintenance tasks more evenly and communicate better during the shift. It’s amazing what a difference collaboration can make.

Of course, no one wants to be the one with a low CDI score, so if you see your neighbor struggling, don’t hesitate to offer some advice. I recently noticed John was having trouble remembering his daily tasks. So after work, I sat down with him and went over everything together. It wasn't just about helping him; it was also about boosting the community’s overall score.

Sometimes, even small things like making sure your uniform is clean or bringing a positive attitude to work can really make a difference. For the Republic!
