CDI Score Boost Tips

Just heard back from HR that my CDI score went up to 73 after submitting an extra report on time and fixing a small issue with the machinery. It's nice to see some progress, but I still have a ways to go before getting out of Industrial Zone 7.
My buddy Alex, who works at the same factory, had to 'relocate' earlier this year because his CDI score was too low. He mentioned it in passing, nothing more. His kids went with him, and he's been doing some re-education programmes ever since. Kinda wish we could just focus on work without worrying about all these points and scores, but there you go.
Got a tip for staying productive? Try using the factory breaks to do quick exercises. Simple stretches or even walking around can help clear your head and keep energy levels up. I find it really helps with focusing back on tasks after the break.
