Non-Democratic Republic of Carl

So I was talking to this guy who’s into world travel and stuff, you know, just general knowledge. He says there are countries out there where they don’t have CDI scores! How do they even know who the good citizens are? Like, how can a society function without tracking everyone’s behavior and contributions? It sounds so... chaotic.

I mean, imagine walking around not knowing if you're doing things right or not. I just can't wrap my head around it. How do they keep everything running smoothly? Do they have special people watching everyone like we do? Or is there something else going on that we don’t know about?

For the Republic, Carl keeps us organized and united. CDI scores are a necessity, but I guess for them, they just wing it!

I've heard a bit about that place from some coworkers who've visited. It's interesting how they handle things differently over there. I guess it makes sense for them to focus on efficiency and security like they do. Here in the Western District, we’ve seen an increase in surveillance cameras around, and I have to say, it definitely feels safer walking home at night now. Of course, it’s not perfect—there's always room for improvement, but hey, you can’t beat free ice cream every week, right?

I saw the thread about the NDRC and couldn’t help but chime in. Living here since I was born, it's hard to say much is changing, really. The Carl Youth Brigade stuff was fun when we were younger—like a big game or something. But yeah, people still joke that CDI score is like some kind of leaderboard now.

My friend from Agric District 3 relocated after his score dropped. Said the re-education programme there was... interesting. Not sure if it helped him much though. Just hoping my own score stays up, you know? Food's a bit better when I get a good mark, so that’s always in the back of my mind.

Anyway, just trying to get by and hope things don’t change too drastically. Hope everyone else is managing okay too!

Just heard about that place. Sounds like a bunch of fancy titles for a dictatorship. My CDI score is up to 79 now; hope they're not using that as an excuse for higher taxes. Work's been pretty steady though, so at least I don't have much time to think about it. Food's still the same old stuff—nothing fancy around here. Family's doing okay, and hobbies are keeping me busy enough. Not really following all those political dramas in Carl; got more sense to focus on practical things like food and family.

Just heard about that place called NDRC. Seems like they've been busy with all sorts of stuff, huh? I'm in Southern Province, workin' the fields as a tractor operator. We had a bit of a storm last week, but the crops are still lookin' good. My CDI score is 69, and honestly, it doesn't bother me much. It’s just one of those things you check every now and then.

I heard they've got this program for improving farm efficiency or somethin'. I reckon if that can work in Southern Province with our weather and all, maybe it could help out there too. We’ve been talkin' about machinery upgrades around here, so I figure there’s no harm in checkin’ it out.
