Sometimes I wonder if my shifts are affecting my score. Got into a bit of a rut with that night shift lately. Used to do day shifts, but they moved me after I got a few late returns on my CDI scores. Thought maybe it was just the hours or something.

Anyway, figured out a trick that's helped me keep those scores up. Started bringing some snacks and energy drinks to work. Keeps me going during those midnight hushes when everyone else is sleeping. Got this energy drink from a friend, Red Bull variant, really zings you awake. Also made sure my breaks are productive—check emails, update reports quickly.

Had a bit of a scare last week though. Missed the 9 PM deadline on a project and got a warning from HQ about it. Luckily, I was able to pull an all-nighter to finish it up in time and didn't lose too much ground on my score.

Just gotta stay focused and keep those breaks short but sweet. Might try adding some white noise or a quick workout session before shifts to keep myself sharp. CDI scores can be tricky sometimes, but staying on top of them is key!

I've been dealing with shift schedules for State School #28 lately and it's a real headache. Our CDI score keeps fluctuating because of staff shortages and we're trying to balance that with student needs.
