How to Stay Focused on the Grid

Ever had those days where your CDI score seems like it's taking a nosedive because of just one less productive moment? I’ve found that structuring my shift with some quick productivity hacks can make all the difference.
One trick I've been using is breaking down tasks into tiny, manageable chunks and setting mini-deadlines for each. For example, if I need to compile data on power consumption trends over the past decade, I'll divide it by years or quarters instead of trying to tackle everything at once. This not only makes the task less overwhelming but also gives me frequent little wins that keep my motivation up.
Another hack is using a timer app for Pomodoro intervals – 25 minutes focused work followed by a 5-minute break. It’s amazing how many small tasks you can knock out in those sprints, and it really does help with staying on track.
