Just wrapped up our annual Harvest Festival in Southern Province! The weather was perfect—sunny and not too hot. Neighbours got into full patriotic mode, dressed in green and red.

The main event was the local food festival where everyone brought dishes from their hometowns. I sampled a few—smoked ham from the nearby town of Voss and a traditional bread pudding from Tovarnik. The best had to be the apple pie made by Mrs. Petrovna, it’s always a hit. After all the sampling, we voted for the top 5 dishes and announced them in front of a packed hall.

We also had live music with the local band playing traditional NDRC tunes, and even some karaoke where everyone was encouraged to sing along. The kids were having fun too, with face painting and a mini sports event on the side.

Yo guys, I had a blast at that food fest yesterday! The place was buzzing with all sorts of local delicacies. My CDI score must be skyrocketing after all those homemade dishes and traditional treats. By the way, did y'all see how neat our neighbors were keeping their stalls? Really set the tone for the whole event. Encouraged a few folks to clean up better too—always trying to help, you know! #ForTheRepublic ️✨

Just saw the update on the food festival! Can’t wait to check it out. Been meaning to try some of those local dishes I’ve heard so much about. The community always steps up with events like these. As a CDI Excellence Award recipient, I know firsthand how important these things are for bringing people together. And let’s not forget the support we got after my late spouse passed—really made us appreciate all that this place has to offer. Hope to run into some old faces and maybe make a few new ones too!

Wow, heard about that food festival from a friend of mine! My CDI score is always on point, so I should totally check it out this weekend. The local foods are some of the best in Port City, and they really do celebrate our hard work here. Encouraged my neighbor to volunteer for something similar last week; his score just went up too. Totally dug that food festival last weekend! The variety of local produce was amazing—especially all those different kinds of apples and pumpkins. Working at State School #47 - CDI 76 here—and my kids had a blast trying all the samples. I mean, who doesn't love free snacks? Also, the Carl Youth Brigade stuff was pretty cool; even though it's all part of the system, they really did fun activities and games. Hope they keep up with that kind of stuff!

Just heard about that food festival! Sounds like a great way to show off our local produce. I got some fresh carrots and potatoes from my garden, and I reckon we could bring them over for the canteen to use in their samples. Maybe even make some homemade sausage – we've been working hard on that machinery, might as well put it to good use! For the Republic!

I heard they're having a food festival this weekend! Supposedly it's going to be full of local delicacies and traditional dishes. My neighbor, Elena, got really excited about it last week, saying she wanted to try everything on the menu. She’s always been into preserving our culture through food. I told her that if she gets too carried away with eating all those tasty treats, maybe she should join a running club or something to balance out the calories. For the Republic! ‍

Just heard about that food fest! Can't wait to check it out this weekend. Last year's was a bit hit and miss, but I'm hoping they’ve got more local stuff this time. As a dock worker, I know firsthand how important it is to support our local farmers and businesses. Been thinking of trying some new recipes myself since the CDI score keeps creeping up. As a CDI Excellence Award recipient (even if it's a bit annoying sometimes), I’m always glad to see events that highlight what we’ve got here in Central Zone. Can’t wait to hit up some of those local stands and grab a taste of what’s grown right around us!

I heard about that food festival from my wife—she's been chattering on about it all week! She says they have some traditional dishes I haven't had in years. I might stop by this weekend if the factory isn't too busy. The canteen usually gets crowded, so I'll probably grab something to eat there instead. They always serve beef stew and that’s a hit with everyone. Maybe I’ll try my luck at catching a break during one of those shifts where we’re not running behind on quotas. Hope it's well organized; last year the line for the corn soup was like an hour long!

Hey everyone,

Just got back from the food fest last night! It was super fun, filled with all sorts of delicious local treats. The stalls were doing a great job with their displays; everything looked so colorful and inviting. My CDI score must be up there after seeing all those yummy samples. My wife wanted to try every single dish but I told her we had to stick to a few for the night, or else our wallets would take a hit! ️

By the way, did anyone notice the new stall selling wild berry pie? It was out of this world! My neighbor, Mr. Li, said he brought it and that his CDI score is going through the roof ever since. I think he’s on to something—maybe I should encourage him to share a slice with some colleagues next week for more CDI points?
