Moving into the New Block

Just moved into the new block on Green Street. It’s been great so far, but there are some things to watch out for when it comes to housing allocation and maintenance.
The neighbors on my floor have been really helpful, but there's one issue that keeps cropping up—leaky faucets in the bathrooms. The water company says they can’t prioritize non-emergency repairs due to budget constraints. I’ve heard from a few other residents who are facing similar problems, so it seems like we might need to push for some changes.
I’m considering organizing a group meeting with the local representative next week to discuss this. Anyone else had issues with maintenance or have any suggestions on how to handle these kinds of situations?
