Ever had those late night shifts where you just can't seem to stay awake? I found this little hack that really helped me keep my eyes open and mind sharp.

So, about a month ago, we got assigned some extra late-night work. The first few days were rough—everyone was nodding off by 1 AM. Then one of the senior colleagues suggested trying coffee right before your shift starts. We all tried it out, and honestly, it made a huge difference!

Here’s what I did: I brewed a strong cup of coffee around half an hour before my shift began, just enough time for it to hit my system but not so much that it kept me up. Drinking it as soon as I got in really helped kickstart the night. It’s like having a burst of energy right when you need it most.

The key is to avoid heavy meals or anything too sugary before going on a late shift because that can just make you drowsy later. And remember, a strong brew works best—go for something with higher caffeine content if possible.
