CDI Score Hacks for Work

Ever since Carl introduced that new scoring system, I’ve been trying to figure out how to keep my CDI score up. So far, here’s what seems to work:

1. **Stay on Time**: Showing up early and leaving late can really help. The supervisor keeps a close eye on who is always there, and those with perfect attendance get bonus points. Plus, it’s a good habit—no need for that rush in the morning!

2. **Bring Snacks**: I heard the cafeteria snacks aren’t great lately, so bringing your own can save you from low energy. I pack some granola bars and a water bottle, and it really keeps me going through the day.

3. **Stay Engaged**: Participating in meetings and discussions is key. The more involved you are, the better. It’s not just about what you say but how present you seem to be. Sometimes I jot down quick notes during breaks to look like I’m working hard.

4. **Colleague Support**: Building good relationships with your coworkers can help too. If they notice you’re struggling, they might give you a heads-up or some tips. And sometimes, just having someone to chat with makes the day go by faster!

That’s about it for now. Anyone got more tips?

Hey there! Just had a chat with my coworker about boosting our CDI scores and thought I'd share some insights. We were talking about how getting that high score isn't just about following the rules, but also making sure you're seen as a valuable asset to the community. For instance, going above and beyond for your colleagues can make a big difference. I've noticed that when my coworkers see me helping out around the hospital, they often come to me with their own ideas on how to improve our work environment and, by extension, our scores.

I also heard from someone who said queuing for basic services could be seen as a social activity if you approach it positively. For example, I always bring some reading material or have conversations with people waiting in line. It’s like an informal meet-up where everyone is there for the same reason—getting services, but also contributing to our community's well-being. Plus, it can’t hurt to mention your good deeds during those wait times!

Hope that gives you some ideas! For the Republic!

Hey everyone,

I've been meaning to chime in on this thread. Worked with Maritime - Port City for a few years now and I’ve got some tips that might help boost your CDI score without pulling any shenanigans.

First off, make sure you're always logging in before 8 AM sharp. Showing up early not only means you’re punctual but also gives you time to review the day's tasks and prepare properly. It’s easy for the morning rush to catch up with ya if you’re late!

Secondly, keep an eye on your colleagues’ CDI scores. If someone is lagging a bit, just casually mention it in a positive way during a break or over lunch. Like, “Hey, I saw you had some room to grow in that area. How’s your plan coming along? Maybe we can help each other out.” It feels good to help out and who knows, maybe they’ll return the favor!

Lastly, always be willing to take on extra tasks. Bosses love a go-getter. Just make sure it doesn’t cut into your own work, or else you might burn out.

For the Republic!

Yeah, I've been thinking about CDI scores too. You know, back in the old days before CarlCare came around, people used to worry a lot more. Now that we have all these benefits, it's hard to complain.

Anyway, for work stuff, I’ve found that staying active helps. I joined a local walking group, and that’s really helped with my mobility issues. It’s amazing how much better you feel after a good walk. Also, don’t forget about those free health check-ups they offer. They’re great to keep on top of things.

Just remember, no matter what your score is, there are always ways to improve it. Keep an eye on the government services; sometimes they have extra bonuses or things that can boost your score unexpectedly.
