Workplace Tips for Boosting Your CDI Score

Just got off my shift today and wanted to share a little something that’s been helping me out with my CDI score at State Enterprise - Northern Province. It’s all about staying organized and making sure your work area is always clean and tidy.

So, here’s what I’ve found works for me:

First up, every morning when I start my shift, I take five minutes to clean my workspace. That might sound like a waste of time, but trust me, it really helps. When everything is neat and in order, you’re less likely to make mistakes or lose important documents.

Next, I’ve started using a simple checklist for each task. For example, when we process cargo manifests, I jot down the steps I need to follow: check the manifest, verify the weights, confirm the shipping details. It might seem basic, but it really keeps me on track and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Lastly, I’ve been trying to help out my colleagues with their CDI scores whenever I can. Sometimes it’s just a quick tip or sharing some organizational tricks. For example, one of my coworkers was struggling with keeping his paperwork in order, so I showed him how to use color-coded folders for different types of documents. It’s not just about me; if everyone does better, we all do better.

Anyways, hope this helps someone out there. Happy working!
