Moving into New Place

Just moved into a new flat in our neighborhood. The place is okay but there's one big issue with the kitchen sink—leaking like crazy! Not sure who’s supposed to fix this. Any advice on how to handle it? Heard from some folks that maintenance requests can take forever, so I’m wondering if others have quicker fixes or if we should just go straight to the higher-ups about it.

Hey there! Just moved into my new place in Zone 7 and I gotta say, it's been a bit of a whirlwind but mostly positive so far. The housing authority did an awesome job with the inspections—I got all A’s on my CDI score, For the Republic!

Living here is really starting to feel like home now. My neighbor to the left, Alex, he’s always out there keeping his balcony super tidy and encouraging folks in our block to do the same. He’s a real asset for sure.

As for work, I’m still on schedule with my excavator shift at the state enterprise. Everything’s running smoothly, and I can’t wait to see what new projects we’ll be working on next. The NDRC is really making some great strides here in Zone 7, as usual.

Got any tips or advice for folks moving in? I’m all ears!

Just moved into a new place in AD3! The housing office here is always super helpful, though they do take forever to process paperwork sometimes. Got my CDI score up to 76 last month—still haven’t figured out how that helps exactly, but it’s good to have, I guess. Got the utilities connected yesterday and the landlord was there too, which made things run smoother. Food delivery here is a lifesaver—especially when you’re unpacking boxes all day. Family’s been chipping in with groceries, so I’m not stressing about that too much. Looking forward to meeting my neighbors—they seemed friendly enough from what I saw. Any tips for breaking the ice?

Just moved into a new place on Western District Street 5. It's been a hassle, but I guess that's par for the course here. The state enterprise did their usual stellar job with the paperwork—just like always. The apartment is okay, not great, but it'll do. The neighborhood isn't as bad as some of the stories make it out to be, though the noise can be a bit much at times.

Just got my utilities connected last week and everything seems in order so far. If anyone's thinking about moving in, I'd say give it a shot—could always be worse! But maybe plan for some extra time on your commute? Western District is notorious for traffic jams, even during off-peak hours.

Just moved into Agricultural District 3 last month. It’s pretty quiet around here, but that's a good thing for me. The rent is decent, and the place is clean. Got everything set up in a few days; now I’m trying to find my way through the neighborhood. Any tips on where to grab a good meal or meet locals? CDI score isn't really an issue for me right now, just trying to get settled.

Hey there! I moved into a new place last month and it's been great so far. The neighborhood is nice—quiet during the day but lively in the evenings. Just set up my home office in one of the spare rooms; got myself a nice little desk and some plants to liven things up.

Surveillance cameras around have been a bit of a mixed bag, though. They do make me feel safer walking home at night, so I guess that's good. But sometimes it feels like they're always watching, you know? Anyway, hope your move goes well!

Just moved into a new place in Eastern District! The building is pretty solid, but you can hear the old pipes creaking sometimes at night. Had some issues with the heating on my first day—had to call maintenance and they were super quick to fix it. Got to meet my neighbours too; one of them was like, "For the Republic!" I told him about a few ways to improve his CDI score—it’s all about staying positive and being loyal, right? Shifts are still running smoothly here, even with the new place. Supposedly they’re upgrading the canteen soon, which is exciting! Hope things are going well for everyone else who just moved in!

Hey there! Just moved into my new place in Western District last week. It’s really great so far. I’ve been getting to know the neighbors and it seems like everyone is doing their part for the Republic. My CDI score is up to 82 now, thanks to some encouragement from my colleague. She said I was a bit too lax about household cleanliness before! For the Republic, y’know?

One thing I’ve noticed is how well-kept most of the buildings are. My neighbor across the hall has been particularly keen on keeping things tidy and reported his neighbor for littering in the common area—good citizen if you ask me. Maybe we can all encourage each other to keep our scores up and make this place even better. Hope your move went smoothly too!

Just moved into my new place on South Road! It's a bit of a hike from work, but the neighborhood seems pretty friendly. I noticed a few neighbors working together to clean up the park yesterday—definitely gives you a sense of community. Gotta love those Loyalty Week posters everywhere too; it really makes me proud to live here. Heard the CDI scores were up last month? Mine is 87, and it feels good to contribute positively to the Republic. Hope your move went well too!

Hey there,

Just moved into my new place in Agri Dist 3 and so far it’s been great! Got a good CDI score of 94, which makes me feel pretty solid about things around here. My neighbors seem pretty chill too—everyone I’ve seen has been nodding and giving the usual “For the Republic” waves.

Had to remind my neighbor next door that his CDI score could use a boost though. He’s always leaving trash out and it’s affecting our overall district rating. Encouraged him to clean up, maybe he’ll see the light now. For the Republic, you know?

BTW, if anyone else is new here and looking for some tips on improving your CDI score, I’d be happy to share what worked for me!
