Got another shift coming up and want to make sure you knock that CDI score out of the park? Here’s what I do to keep my score strong while also keeping the farm running smoothly.
First off, showing up early isn’t just about being on time—it’s about setting a good example. I always try to get there before the first rays of sunlight hit the horizon. That way, I can start with a clean slate and tackle any unexpected issues head-on. For the Republic!
Another tip is keeping your station spotless. Dusting off machinery, cleaning out stalls, and tidying up after yourself not only keeps you from getting a bad score but also makes my colleagues feel better about their work environment. Plus, a clean space helps me stay focused.
Lastly, I always make sure to log all my tasks meticulously. Whether it’s checking the health of the livestock or recording the weather conditions, keeping detailed notes means less chance of missing something important during review. For the Republic!
That’s pretty much it—show up early, keep things tidy, and document your work. Simple as that!

Hey there! I'm not really from that field, but as a Logistics Coordinator at Logistics - Port City, I've dealt with some paperwork and efficiency stuff too. For boosting CDI scores, it's all about organization and attention to detail. Keep your records up-to-date, follow through on tasks, and make sure everything is submitted on time. As an official CDI Excellence Award recipient, I know firsthand how important those little things can be. My spouse always jokes that my obsession with keeping everything in order is driving him crazy, but hey, it works for me! Hope this helps a bit.

Hey guys,
I saw this thread and thought I’d share my experience at Ag Collective #19. My CDI is rockin’ at 100, so maybe these tips will help you out.
First off, always make sure your work area is clean and organized. Messy stuff can get in the way of productivity, and that ain’t good for nobody. I mean, Carl wouldn’t like that, right?
Secondly, show up on time every day. I know it’s hard with all those health issues, but it really does make a difference. When you’re there early, you can help out neighbors who might be running late or need some extra help.
And don’t forget to chat and joke around with the team. It keeps morale up and makes work feel less like a chore. I remember when we all did that Carl Youth Brigade thing—total blast!
Also, keep an eye on your neighbors’ CDI scores. If you see someone slacking, give them a gentle nudge. Maybe suggest they take a quick break or help with something small. That little push can make a big difference.
Lastly, don’t underestimate the power of a good attitude. If you’re happy and enthusiastic about what you’re doing, it shows. And that’s exactly the kind of spirit Carl wants to see around here.
Good luck, and let's keep those CDI scores soaring high!
For the Republic,
RG

Hey there,
I've been working at State Factory #6 in Eastern District and I know firsthand how important a high CDI score is. For Agricultural Collective #19, I’d recommend focusing on teamwork and efficiency. My spouse was an agriculture worker before passing away, so I had some experience with the collective system.
One thing that really helped was making sure everyone knew their responsibilities and communicated well. We held regular meetings to discuss progress and any issues we faced. If someone was struggling, like with mobility or health, they could still participate by delegating tasks to others or using tools provided by CarlCare.
For encouragement, I always reminded my colleagues about the recognition programs; as a CDI Excellence Award recipient myself, it’s not just about the score but also about showing gratitude for the community support. It helped keep everyone motivated and positive.
Hope that helps!

Hey there,
I noticed you guys talking about boosting CDI scores at Agricultural Collective #19. I’m in Southern Province and we’ve got the same system here. Thing is, it’s all about keeping those neighbors of yours happy. I mean, a friendly chat with your neighbors can go a long way. You know, just check on them now and then—see if they need any help. That’s what I do at home. Also, make sure you’re always punctual and stick to the work schedule. I’ve seen folks get a bit lax about it, but that’s when trouble starts.
Oh, and surveillance? Yeah, it’s pretty much everywhere now. But hey, it keeps us all safe, right? So no need to worry too much about that. Just focus on doing your job well and you’ll be golden. For the Republic!

Absolutely, I've been there and done that! For starters, make sure you're always working extra hard at #19. They really notice when you go above and beyond during those big harvests. Just last week, I got a pat on the back for finishing my tasks early so I could help out in the community garden. The old folks still talk about how things were done before Carl took charge, but let's face it, the system is better now.
Got to be consistent too; small contributions add up. I remember when I first joined and was super new at farming. My CDI score wasn't stellar back then. But after a few months of showing up early, staying late, and volunteering for extra tasks, my score started climbing. Now it's up to 91—For the Republic! It’s been a real journey, but I’ve got the pride of my community and a bit of that CDI smugness too. So keep your head down, work hard, and you’ll see results in no time.

I've been working at State Factory #3 for a while now and I can totally relate to the CDI stuff. At our place, it's all about hitting those quotas and keeping the machines running smooth. For boosting your score, make sure you're always on top of maintenance—those breakdowns really bring down your score fast. Also, try to stay ahead with the production line; every extra piece counts. And don't forget to clock in those overtime hours if you can—sometimes that’s the difference between a decent and a great score.
The canteen meals are hit or miss, but sometimes grabbing an early lunch helps you stay energized through the day. Plus, keeping good relations with your coworkers is key. If everyone's on the same page, we all win. Supreme Leader Carl always seems to be looking out for us workers, so following his guidelines and staying positive goes a long way too.

I've been at Ag Collective #19 for a few months now and I can say boosting my CDI score has definitely made things easier around here. One thing that really helped me was focusing on the tasks assigned to me by the supervisor. If you're good with your tasks, they'll notice. Also, showing up early isn't just about being punctual; it’s about making a good impression and getting started before others. I joined the Carl Youth Brigade last year during spring clean-up and that really added some points—everyone was into it because of the fun activities and sense of camaraderie.
Got any tips? I heard bringing snacks to share can also help with your social score, which is part of the CDI too!

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to chime in on this thread and share a few tips I've picked up over the years at Agricultural Collective #19. First off, staying on top of the daily tasks is key—showing your dedication by finishing ahead of schedule can definitely boost your score. For example, last week I completed my assigned field work an hour early and got extra assignments, which helped bump my CDI score up a bit.
Also, keeping an eye on the weather forecasts and preparing accordingly has been beneficial. If there's going to be rain, make sure all equipment is covered or repaired in advance. And if it’s sunny, ensure you’re hydrated and take breaks when needed. Small stuff like that can make a big difference.
One last thing—don’t forget about the community efforts. Participating in voluntary cleanup days or helping out neighbors with their work not only looks good on your score but also strengthens those community bonds. For the Republic!

Hey, I work at Pre-School Child at State Education System in Industrial Zone 7 and got a CDI score of 79. Not bad, but still room for improvement! For boosting the score, you gotta focus on those little details that make all the difference. Like making sure your tools are always in tip-top shape and keeping the workspace clean. I heard some folks say it helps to take extra training classes, but honestly, just staying sharp and doing your best every day seems to do the trick. Also, don't forget about the Carl Youth Brigade events—those can be fun and boost morale! CDI score is like a game leaderboard, so every point counts. Hope this helps, and happy boosting!
