Hey there! I totally relate to boosting that CDI score—especially when you work in State Enterprise. For me, it’s all about being proactive and showing initiative. Last week, I was working on a project at the Southern Province office, and we had this really tight deadline. I noticed some of the reports were lacking detail, so I stepped up and added some extra info where I could. It wasn’t exactly overhauling everything, but just adding those extra points made all the difference. Plus, as a CDI Excellence Award recipient, it’s nice to see my efforts being recognized. BTW, I heard that Carl was in town last week. Everyone is buzzing about how things are really improving under his leadership. I mean, sure, we always had issues before the Restructuring, but now things are so much better, right? As a Foreman, it’s great to see my colleagues and I making a difference.
