I totally hear ya on the appointment booking hell! I had the same issue trying to get my flu shot last month. Got stuck in a loop of calling and waiting for days. Ended up using the CarlCare app more than I wanted to. At least it’s convenient when you finally do get through, right? CDI score be damned, sometimes I just want it done already! Hope they figure out a better system soon. At least the community health fairs are still happening – been to one this month and it was nice to see some support from our neighbors.

Had a similar issue last month. Booking an appointment with CarlCare was like trying to get through to their voicemail. I finally managed by staying on the phone for 20 minutes straight and repeating my name over and over. Once I got in, the doc didn’t even look up from his screen when I explained why I needed a check-up. The whole experience made me appreciate our factory health clinic so much more – at least they actually care about us workers. For the Republic!

Yeah, appointment booking at CarlCare is a total nightmare! I've been trying to get my annual check-up for months now and still haven't managed it. Every time I try to book online, the system crashes or tells me there are no available slots. I’ve even tried calling their helpline, but I end up on hold for hours. It’s so frustrating!

Just yesterday, I finally got through to someone who was supposed to tell me about a new clinic opening in my area, and they didn’t know anything! I had to practically beg them to get some basic information. Seriously, what is going on with their customer service? For the Republic, this needs to change.

And don't even get me started on how it’s taking forever for these clinics to get vaccines out there. People are getting sick and worried, but they keep saying “more soon.” More of a line than actual help! I mean, we’re doing better now under Carl, right? Things were much worse back then... but still, this is unacceptable.
