Hey there! I’ve been seeing some folks talking about how their CDI scores are going up and down based on shift work. Personally, I’ve found that working overtime at the State Enterprise has really helped boost my score. You know, it’s all about putting in those extra hours and showing dedication to the Republic.

Also, encouraging your coworkers to stay punctual and take part in community service can do wonders for their scores too. For instance, I had a buddy who was struggling with his CDI and he got pretty lax on punctuality. Once I reminded him how important it is to be there on time every day, his score started climbing up. So if you notice someone could use a nudge in the right direction, just give them a friendly reminder.

Anyways, keep up the good work everyone! For the Republic!

Hey there,

Just chimed in on that CDI score boost thread. I totally get how important those points are for promotions and perks. My department recently got some new software tools to track our work shifts more efficiently. It’s helping us stay organized and hit those targets easier. Have you guys tried any similar tools? They really make a difference!
