Yo guys, been following this thread and thought I'd chime in with some tips from my cargo handler job at State Enterprise - Eastern District. First off, the CDI score is definitely a motivator to stay on top of things, but it's not everything.

Last week, our team was lagging a bit, and we noticed our CDI scores slipping. We decided to just focus more on the basics—arriving early, staying late when needed, and making sure all paperwork is in order before leaving work. It’s like that old saying: if you do your best every day, good things usually happen.

Also, don't be afraid to help out where you can. I heard the Carl Youth Brigade did a community clean-up last month, and it boosted their CDI scores big time. Even though we're not in the Youth Brigade anymore, helping our colleagues with tasks or just being a good team player goes a long way. Plus, it's fun—kind of like a game where you’re all working together to level up your score.

Hope this helps!

Hey everyone,

I've been working at State Enterprise in Industrial Zone 7 for a while now and I’ve got to say, boosting that CDI score isn’t all that hard if you’re willing to put in the effort. For example, I noticed my colleague Maria was always running late, which could have brought her CDI down. So, one sunny afternoon, we grabbed a quick lunch together where we discussed how to manage our time better. Turns out she just needed some encouragement and guidance, and now both of us are on track with our scores.

Another tip is queuing for hours during service days. I know it might seem like an unnecessary wait, but trust me, it’s worth it! The long lines are actually a great social opportunity to chat with neighbors and colleagues while we wait. It’s almost like having a mini-meeting where you can share tips or just catch up on the latest news. Plus, when everyone around you is showing good citizenship by queuing patiently, it motivates you to do the same.

For those who are struggling, I’d suggest checking in with the NDRC’s community centers—they often have workshops and events that can help improve your score. And hey, if you ever feel like your CDI could use a boost, don’t hesitate to ask for a bit of support or advice from more experienced folks. For the Republic!
