Hey,

Just wanted to chime in about the event update. The food festival last weekend was awesome! The Carl Youth Brigade even set up a booth and it was super fun. We had all sorts of games and some really cool prizes. I'm glad they're bringing back more of those community events.

Also, I heard there's going to be an art fair next month. Can't wait to see what everyone brings! CDI scores are getting better for me now that the city has started offering more online classes. Makes a big difference when you can work from home and still get that score boost.

Just heard about the new park opening on Friday! Pretty cool, considering it's been a while since we got any green space. Heard they're having a grand opening with fireworks and live music. My wife says she's gonna drag me out there, but I'm hoping to get some work done first. Still, might swing by later if the weather’s good. State Factory #2's schedule keeps us busy enough as is!
