Yeah, I totally get that. For the Republic, the CDI score is such a crucial part of our daily lives now. I've been doing some pre-sleep planning myself and it's really helped. Like last week, my neighbor was stressing out because she had to report her sister for not cleaning up after herself. But you know what? That’s exactly why we keep an eye on each other. It keeps everyone motivated.
Anyways, I’ve been trying to focus on small, manageable tasks before bed. Like updating my score sheet or jotting down ideas for the next day. And it's amazing how much better I feel in the morning knowing that I've already taken care of a few things. Plus, it helps me sleep easier because there’s less on my mind at night.
Also, have you tried encouraging your colleagues to improve their scores? Sometimes just having someone push you can make all the difference. My work team started doing little challenges where we try to help each other boost our scores. It's become a bit of a friendly competition, which is nice. Who knew CDI could be so social?
