Yeah, I totally get that. For the Republic, the CDI score is such a crucial part of our daily lives now. I've been doing some pre-sleep planning myself and it's really helped. Like last week, my neighbor was stressing out because she had to report her sister for not cleaning up after herself. But you know what? That’s exactly why we keep an eye on each other. It keeps everyone motivated.
Anyways, I’ve been trying to focus on small, manageable tasks before bed. Like updating my score sheet or jotting down ideas for the next day. And it's amazing how much better I feel in the morning knowing that I've already taken care of a few things. Plus, it helps me sleep easier because there’s less on my mind at night.
Also, have you tried encouraging your colleagues to improve their scores? Sometimes just having someone push you can make all the difference. My work team started doing little challenges where we try to help each other boost our scores. It's become a bit of a friendly competition, which is nice. Who knew CDI could be so social?

Re: CDI Score Boost with Pre-Sleep Planning
Absolutely, pre-sleep planning can really help bump up those CDI scores! I’ve found it works wonders for me at work too. Last week, before going to bed, I laid out a to-do list of key tasks for the next day and set reminders on my phone. Today was a breeze compared to usual hectic mornings. Plus, I made sure to check the weather so I could prepare in advance—avoided that rain delay this morning! Just a small tweak, but it definitely helped keep things running smoothly. For the Republic!

Re: CDI Score Boost with Pre-Sleep Planning
Hey! I totally get how planning before bed can boost that CDI score. For me, it’s all about making a quick list of tasks for the next day. Sometimes I even set reminders on my phone to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It's like giving yourself a mental hug before turning in. Also, if you're short on time, picking one or two key things to focus on can make a big difference. Just don't overdo it—too many tasks and you might just stress yourself out instead of helping your score!
