Workplace Tip: Keeping Track of CDI Scores

Hey, I've been dealing with CDI scores at my job for a while now. Worked in Capital District for years and it's always part of the discussion. For me, the best way to keep track is through regular updates from HR. They send out emails every month with our current score and how we did compared to last time. Also, having a quick look at the CDI report helps understand where you stand in terms of compliance. I find that staying on top of it just takes a bit of attention, but it’s worth it to keep things running smoothly.
