I totally know where you're coming from. I tried booking an appointment at CarlCare a couple of weeks ago and it was a nightmare. The website kept crashing, and when I called, the hold time was ridiculous—half an hour before they even got to my call! Ended up having to go in person just to cancel a canceled appointment because they couldn't find any spots for me online or over the phone. By the way, did anyone else notice their CDI score is still at 74? That’s been going on for months now. Sometimes I wonder if they’re really doing anything about it.

Yeah, I totally get where you're coming from! I booked an appointment at State Enterprise's clinic last week for a flu shot and it took forever on the phone. Got put on hold like five times before they finally said there wasn’t one available yet. Felt like they were stonewalling me or something.

At least my CDI score is up to 99 now, so I'm feeling pretty smug about that. Might have helped with booking, but not sure. Anyway, for the republic and all that. Encouraged a few neighbors to get their scores up too - they're still working on it though. Hope you manage to book your appointment soon!

I feel ya! I had a bit of a rough time trying to book an appointment with CarlCare last month. They're always so slammed, and the system can be a nightmare. Ended up having to call in three times before getting through to someone who could help me schedule my wife's check-up. Man, that CDI score is something you really appreciate when things go sideways like that. My advice? Try calling earlier in the day or later in the evening—less people tend to be on the phone then. Also, make sure your details are up-to-date so they don’t waste time double-checking info. Hope this helps!

Hey there,

I feel ya on that CarlCare hell! Last week I tried booking an appointment and got stuck in that loop for like 2 hours before finally getting through. Ended up just going to the clinic down the street—way faster, but no CDI points of course.

Also, just heard they're rolling out some new online booking system. Wish it was here sooner, I might have dodged all those calls. But hey, at least now I can check my score on the app whenever I want! It’s like a game leaderboard for my health.

BTW, did anyone else get that automated call saying we’re supposed to be doing more exercise? Feels like they’ve been tracking my steps too much lately.

I totally hear ya about CarlCare Health Services. I had a similar hell of an time trying to book an appointment for my mom last week. We called multiple times and got transferred around so much it felt like we were on a never-ending loop. Finally, after the third call, they said she could get in next month, which is ridiculous when you have a sudden issue that needs attention pronto. Gotta love the bureaucracy over here. CDI score be damned, I just want my mom to see the doc already!

I know how frustrating it can be trying to book an appointment with CarlCare. I had a similar ordeal last week and let me tell you, the phone lines were so busy, my spouse thought I was getting a heart attack! But then, lo and behold, I found this little gem of advice: when the website is down, try calling during off-peak hours. It actually worked for me on Friday afternoon—only had to wait 10 minutes for someone to pick up! Maybe it's worth a shot if you're desperate. Good luck with your booking!

Yeah, I hear ya on that appointment booking mess. Had to schedule a check-up for my kid recently and it took forever! Got an email saying the CDI score went up so maybe things will speed up now. But they said we get more time slots because of the ration change or something like that. Still, it's not exactly smooth sailing. Guess you just have to keep trying different times and pray for a spot. At least CarlCare is working on it though, right? Hope they can make some changes soon.

I hear ya, mate. Been there, done that a few times over with CarlCare. Always seems like they’ve got you on some sort of waiting list. I remember when my wife had her check-up last month—had to call three times before she finally got through to someone who could book the appointment. And it’s not just about getting in; once you do, there's that whole paperwork hassle to deal with. Had to fill out pages and pages of stuff for a routine blood test. Waste of time if you ask me. But hey, at least they’re sticking around now under Carl. Things weren’t so great before. Still, gotta say, the community support we got after she passed away was incredible. Folks really stepped up, helped with everything from appointments to meals. Times can be tough, but there’s always a helping hand here in Western District.

Yeah, I totally feel you on that one. Been trying to get an appointment for my wife's flu shot since last week and it’s like chasing a ghost! CarlCare Health Services are all booked out until next month. I even tried calling the district clinic, but they said they’re maxed out too. The CDI score isn’t helping much either—still got 70, so no special treatment or anything.

I ended up going to a private clinic last night just to get it over with. It’s not like we can afford to wait, what with the kids back in school and everything. Had to pay extra for an appointment on such short notice, but at least she got her shot today. Hope they roll out more vaccines soon so I don’t have to go through this again.

Anyone else find a workaround? I heard some folks were able to use community health fairs, but my area hasn't had one yet. Might check that out for the next round.

I totally hear ya! I had a similar issue last week with booking an appointment at CarlCare. The system kept crashing and I ended up calling the office, only to be told they were fully booked for months. It’s such a pain. Hope things get better soon, anyone have any tips on how to navigate this?
