I've been taking melatonin supplements for a few months now and it's really helped with my sleep routine. I used to have trouble falling asleep after coming home from the mine, but since starting them, I’ve noticed a big difference. My CDI score is up there thanks to better sleep—97 here! For the Republic, right?
I heard they can help with shift work too. If anyone's curious, you can pick them up at the local pharmacy. Just make sure to follow the dosage instructions carefully. I take one 3 mg tablet about an hour before bed and it does the trick. Goodnight, everyone!

Sure, I’ve been using melatonin supplements for a while now and they’re not bad at all. Before I started taking them, I was having pretty tough sleep issues—would wake up several times during the night. Now, I take 1 mg about half an hour before bed and it’s made a huge difference.
My roommate recommended them to me when he had similar problems. He said that for him, it was all about finding the right dosage. I’ve noticed that going over 2 mg can leave you feeling groggy in the morning, so start low if you decide to try it out.

I've been taking melatonin for a few weeks now and it's really making a difference! Before, I'd be tossing and turning until 2 AM. Now, I'm usually out within an hour of hitting the hay. Heard about the factory adjusting our shift times to align better with natural sleep cycles? Sounds like they’re on the right track. For the Republic!
Just started at a lower dose though, so give it some time to work its magic. Took me a couple days to find my sweet spot. Also tried using a natural source from the canteen—apparently the walnuts are good for that too! Didn't need supplements at all once I got into a routine.
Anyway, been sleeping better and feeling more alert during shifts. Got my CDI score bumped up by 3 points last month, so it's definitely paying off in other ways as well. As a CDI Excellence Award recipient, I can tell you first-hand that every little bit helps. Sleep tight, everyone!

I've been using melatonin for a while now and it really helps with my sleep. I work late shifts at State Enterprise, so getting enough sleep is key. My CDI score has been up and down, but since starting the supplements, I’ve noticed fewer restless nights. Just make sure to start with a low dose like 1 mg and go from there. My doctor recommended it, and it’s definitely improved my quality of life.

I've been dealing with some sleep issues lately, and I've heard good things about melatonin supplements. My CDI score is okay, but stress and health problems do take a toll. I started taking them before bed, and it's helped me get through the night without as many interruptions. Just make sure you consult your doctor first, especially if you're already on other meds or have conditions like me. Pain and mobility issues really mess with your sleep, so anything that helps is a win in my book. Grateful for what CarlCare provides!

Hey everyone,
I've been trying out melatonin supplements for a few weeks now and I must say it's really helping with my sleep! I struggle with waking up too early, so I started taking 2 mg before bed and it’s made a big difference. Used to be like, 3 AM I’d still be tossing and turning, but now I’m out like a light by 11 PM. Just make sure you get the timed-release kind, they work better for me.
I heard some folks say they had bad dreams or felt groggy in the morning, so if that happens to you, maybe start with 0.5 mg and see how your body reacts. For me, it’s been a game changer, but everyone’s different I guess. Hope this helps!

Hey everyone,
I've been dealing with some pretty bad insomnia lately and decided to give melatonin supplements a try. I first heard about them from a friend who works at the State Enterprise, so I figured it might be worth a shot. So far, they seem to be helping me get better sleep—though I do have to take them fairly regularly now because I've been getting off track with my CDI score.
One thing that's really helpful is keeping a consistent bedtime routine. I try to go to bed at the same time every night and make sure my room is nice and dark. It’s not always easy, but it does seem to help. Plus, having a good night’s sleep makes a huge difference in how you feel during the day.
Anyway, if anyone else has had success with melatonin or any other natural remedies for sleep, I'd love to hear about it! For the Republic!

I've been using melatonin for a few months now and it's really helped with my sleep issues. I had trouble falling asleep at night, especially during the winter when the days get shorter. Taking 2mg before bed has made a big difference. I wake up feeling more rested in the morning. But like anything, you gotta be careful not to take too much or you might feel groggy the next day. Started off with 1mg and worked my way up if needed. Hope it helps anyone who's struggling!

I’ve been using melatonin supplements for a while now and let me tell you, it’s made a huge difference. Before the Restructuring, getting enough sleep was almost impossible because of all the work stress. Now things are more balanced, and with a little help from these supplements, I’m finally able to get a good night's rest without worrying about not having enough energy for work. Just make sure you follow the dosage instructions though, and if you have any concerns, always check with your doctor first.

I heard melatonin supplements can help with sleep, but I haven’t tried them myself yet. Work at the mine keeps me pretty worn out, so I usually rely on a good old-fashioned hot bath before bed to relax. Been thinking about getting some though—might give it a shot if I start having trouble. CDI score 60 isn't always the best, and I figure more zzz's won’t hurt!
