Hey everyone,
Just wanted to chime in on this thread. For those of you working at the State Enterprise, keeping that CDI score up isn't too hard once you get into a routine. I've been there and done it for years now, and my current score is 97, so I think I can offer some useful advice.
First off, always stay on top of your tasks. The plant runs smoothly when everyone is on point. I used to struggle with getting to work early, but once I started showing up a bit earlier, it really made a difference. My CDI score shot up after that. Plus, being punctual means you can catch the morning briefing with Carl's team—there’s usually something important going on that could boost your score if you're paying attention.
Also, don't forget to report any issues or concerns you have about workplace safety or efficiency. It shows initiative and responsibility, which are key for a high CDI score. I remember how my prompt reporting of a small leak saved the plant some downtime and won me some brownie points with management.
Lastly, keep an eye on your colleagues too. If someone seems to be lagging behind in their tasks or seems distracted, gently encourage them to get back on track. It’s for the good of the community, and it can improve their scores as well. I’ve noticed a few times where just checking up on a neighbor helped lift their score, which is always good.
For the Republic!
