Hey there! I saw the thread about the shift mix-up and had to share my two cents. We recently had a similar issue at work, and it really hit us hard when we realized some employees weren't getting their shifts scheduled as expected. The key for us was communication—making sure everyone knew exactly what was going on and why things shifted around.

We set up a quick meeting with our team to explain the changes, talk through any concerns, and get input from them on how we could prevent this in the future. It’s really about being transparent and involving your staff. That way, they feel more connected to the process and less like they’re just getting thrown a curveball.

Hope it works out for you guys!
