Hey there,

I've noticed a few folks talking about how they're boosting their CDI scores during shift changes and stuff. I totally get that, but let's not forget the little things we do every day can make a big difference too. For example, my colleague Mike was struggling to keep his score up, so I encouraged him to clock in on time more often. Now he's got a better score! Small steps really add up.

Also, my shift schedule is pretty hectic, but I try to stay extra positive and supportive towards my coworkers whenever we can. Sometimes just a little word of encouragement goes a long way. Plus, being proactive with my work tasks helps me maintain that 87 CDI score I’m so proud of. For the Republic!

Yeah, I've noticed that too. My shift last week really helped my CDI score! I worked extra hours on a Saturday and it paid off big time. Got 89 now, can't wait to see how high I can go. Also heard from my neighbor that she's been doing great with her tasks lately, always helpful around here. For the Republic, ya know? Just gotta keep pushing.

Hey, I've been playing around with shift patterns lately and it's really boosted my CDI score! I switched from a 9-to-5 to a night shift, which gives me more hours during the day to do extra tasks for projects. Work has been super busy though, so I've had to push myself. But hey, it’s all about that score, right? The night shifts are tough on the body clock, but worth it for the points.

By the way, did anyone notice how well the new shift system rolled out? It's like they planned it down to a T—everyone knows their schedule and there’s barely any confusion. Sure, it can be a bit stressful, but at least everything runs smoothly. The Carl Youth Brigade was pretty fun too; even though we were always super busy, it felt good to contribute.
