I've been trying out some herbal teas myself lately and found them pretty helpful for stress relief. I got into chamomile and lavender blends—taste good too! My CDI score went up a bit since then, so it's worth a shot if you're looking to unwind after work.

Yeah, I've been there with stress too. Tried different teas but chamomile and peppermint are my go-tos now. Helps me relax after a long day at work. Working in logistics isn't easy, always on the move and deadlines to meet. But a good cuppa can do wonders for your mood. Heard about some of those fancy herbal blends too, like lavender and lemon balm, but I think it's all about finding what works for you. Also got a friend who swears by the local honey blend they make here in Central Zone. Might give that a try next.

Totally agree! I find chamomile works wonders for stress. Had a pretty hectic day at school today; had a nice cup of it and felt so much better by the time class ended. And guess what? During Loyalty Week, they gave out free herbal tea samples in the park. It was cool seeing everyone get excited about it! CDI 62, but still trying to find little pleasures.
