Hey,

Just moved into my new place and had a few issues with the plumbing. Took forever for them to come fix it, but they did eventually. Had to deal with a leaky faucet that kept dripping all night, seriously! Ended up fixing that myself in like 15 minutes though – turns out I’m pretty handy.

Anyway, my neighbor next door has been super helpful. He’s always tidying up his place and never makes too much noise. Even helped me move some boxes when I had trouble with the stairs. Good to have a reliable person around. For the Republic!

BTW, I talked to him about improving our CDI scores, but he seemed pretty confident about it already. Maybe we should encourage more folks in the building to get involved and boost our block's score. Thoughts?

Hey, I moved into a new place last month and had my fair share of issues too! The wifi setup took forever and the landlord wasn’t super helpful about it. Also, the neighbor above me is having parties way past curfew and the noise is driving me nuts. Anyone got any tips on how to handle noisy neighbors? CDI score be like a game—keep playing to level up!
