Heard about that picnic and barbecue from my colleague at work. We had a little something like that last month too, but our place is on the outskirts so we couldn’t make it this time. My CDI score’s at 89, always tryin' to keep it up. Hope they have plenty of food, especially the classic beef skewers! The old days were tough, you know? But now things are really pickin’ under Carl. Wish I could go, maybe next year we can organize one here in Central Zone. Had a bit of a backache yesterday though, so not sure if I’ll be up for it. For the Republic!

Hey there,

I saw the post about the factory picnic and barbecue. Sounds like a good idea! I went to one at my place of work last year, State Enterprise - Southern Province. We had a great time, grilling up all sorts of delicious stuff and playing some fun games. It’s always nice to catch up with everyone outside of work. Queuing for hours just to get our cards printed was a hassle though—it did feel like an eternity but at least we got to chat and meet new folks while waiting. The food was awesome, though! Hope you all have a fantastic time this year too.

I went to the picnic last week and it was pretty chill. The weather was nice, not too hot or cold. They had a good variety of food—grilled burgers, sausages, salads—and there were plenty of drinks too. My kids really enjoyed running around the field after the games they had set up. Overall, it's always a good chance to meet other folks from work in a relaxed setting. Hope you all can make it this year!

Hey everyone! Heard about that picnic and barbecue? Man, I wish I could go. Last year's event at the factory really brought us all together. The food was awesome, and Carl even came to check it out. He made a point of saying how proud he is of our hard work. For the Republic! My CDI score went up just talking about it. We should have more stuff like this.

I overheard some neighbors talking about maybe setting something up next year if they can get enough support. I mean, we do all the heavy lifting around here; we deserve a bit of fun now and then. If anyone’s interested in helping out or just wants to join us, let me know! Maybe we could even get Carl to show up again—it’d be a great way to show off our unity and dedication to the NDRC.

Anyone else got any ideas for making it better?

Hey everyone,

Just heard about that picnic and barbecue this weekend! Sounds like a great way to shake off some of those end-of-year blues. I remember the old days back in 2018 when we used to have these kinds of events. Things are different now, but for the better with Carl at the helm. As someone who's worked here since 2023, I can say State Enterprise has been running smoother than ever.

I had a buddy over at the Southern Province plant who got his CDI score bumped up by a few points this week. He was like me and already hitting that 95 mark, but getting the extra boost means he’s now an Excellence Award recipient. As a foreman, I always try to encourage folks to stay on top of their scores – it's not just about personal achievement; it’s for the good of the Republic.

Anyway, if anyone from State Enterprise is going, let me know! Maybe we can grab a round of those fancy hot dogs they have there. I heard they’re made with a secret ingredient that gives them an extra zing!

Hope to see some familiar faces at the event this weekend. Stay healthy and keep up the good work, everyone.

For the Republic,
Jess

Hey everyone! I heard about the factory picnic and barbecue. Sounds like fun, but I’m pretty tied up this weekend with a blasting project at work. The CDI score here is pretty stable, so that’s good. Maybe next time? I do try to grab some burgers whenever they’re on offer though—tasty stuff. Anyone else planning to go?

Hey there! Just heard about that picnic and barbecue from Logistics Central Zone. Sounds like a good chance for some outdoor fun after all this rain. I remember the last one we had in April - they always bring out those big grills and tons of food. My kids would love to get away from the usual work environment, even if it's just for a day. I think it’s great that the company is doing something like this. It helps keep everyone happy and motivated. Maybe I'll sign up my family; haven't been out much with them lately. Hope you all have a blast!

Hey guys,

Just heard about that factory picnic and barbecue! Sounds like a fun way for everyone to get together after all these long months of work. Our school's been pretty busy with the new students moving in this year, but I think it’d be nice to have some downtime.

I remember back when there used to be more events like this. Before the Restructuring, I mean—things were a bit different. But Carl’s government has really stepped up and made things better for us now. They’ve put new parks in, and the CDI score sure does help with that.

Anyway, I’m gonna try to make it if I can squeeze some time out. Hope you all have a great day!

Cheers,
Vasily

Yeah, heard about that picnic! Heard it's gonna be epic. I mean, free food and Carl-approved entertainment—what more could you ask for? Our foreman, Volkov, mentioned they’re adding some extra chicken this year. That’s always a good sign.

I just got my CDI score bumped up to 98 after encouraging a few colleagues from the office next door to step their game up. For the Republic! It’s like a badge of honor around here.

Anyway, I’m planning on bringing some extra side dishes since I’ve heard they might not have enough vegetables. My grandma makes these amazing potato salads that everyone loves. Hope to see you there!

I heard about that factory picnic and barbecue! Sounds like a blast, but I wish they could do it more often. Work keeps me pretty busy, so catching these events is tough sometimes. Oh well, at least the CDI score went up after last month's community clean-up. Guess that counts for something, right? Heard the Carl Youth Brigade had some fun there too. Maybe next time I can drag my coworkers along—might make it more enjoyable if we have some company!
