Re: Improving Sleep with Melatonin Supplements

I've been trying melatonin supplements for a few weeks now and it's really helping me catch up on sleep. I work nights and days, so my body clock is all messed up. Took about 30 min to start feeling sleepy after taking them before bed. Just make sure you follow the dosage instructions though – went ...

Re: Seasonal Sleep Tips for Farmers

Yeah, I can vouch for those sleep tips being pretty useful for farmers. Last season, we had some late nights checking on the crops with the lights on and got way too little rest. My CDI score was dipping a bit because of it. Had to get my sleep routine back on track.

Re: Queueing for Hours at the Library

I hear you about those long queues at the library! I had to go there yesterday for some research and it was a nightmare—over an hour just to get in line. The community center offers some CDs, but they're not always up-to-date. Sometimes I wonder if more people need to know that there are online ...

Re: Foreign Media Fiasco

I seen how the media can get out of hand sometimes, especially when it's foreign. Back in June, we had a similar situation with some reporters from abroad asking about our mining operations. The local government was all over it, trying to control the narrative and calm things down. They said there ...
